Where is my Dental ID Card and ID number?
MetLife does not issue Dental ID Cards. Your ID number is your social security number.
How do I find participating MetLife dental providers?
Go to www.metlife.com/dental to find a participating provider. Please be sure to select “PDP Plus” network.
Where do I manage my account and review claim status?
1. Visit https://mybenefits.metlife.com/160667 for account and claim information.
2. When signing in it will ask for the company name. Type the group number 160667 and click submit.
3. On the next screen select First Time User? Click on Register Now.
4. You will create your profile on the next screen.
Can I manage my account from my phone?
Yes! Download MetLife’s Mobile App to access your account information on the go. The MetLife U.S app is available FREE in the iTunes App Store and Google Play. To use the MetLife mobile app, employees can choose to register at metlife.com/mybenefits from a computer or directly through the app. Certain features of the MetLife Mobile App are not available for all MetLife Dental Plans.
Why should I sign up for Easy Pay Authorization and make my payments automatically each month?
Choosing Easy Pay Authorization as your payment method can help ensure uninterrupted dental coverage. MetLife plans cannot be re-instated for 12 months after coverage goes into cancel status. To sign up for Easy Pay call 1-800-257-3220.
